“We rented two Himalayan Scram bikes from Utsab for 8 days, and overall it was a great experience. The bikes were in good condition and handled our trip really well. We rode all the way to Manang, where the roads can get pretty rough and challenging, but both bikes held up really well throughout the trip. There were a couple of minor issues along the way, but Utsab was very prompt in getting them sorted and fixed, which made the whole experience stress-free. What really stood out was how responsive and helpful Utsab was throughout the trip. I had quite a lot of questions, from places to eat and things to see to general recommendations along our route, and he was always quick to respond and genuinely helpful. With the bad weather affecting some parts of our original itinerary, he also helped us make changes and suggested alternative places and routes, which was extremely useful. It was reassuring to have someone so responsive and reliable when travelling through Nepal, especially on a longer bike trip through some challenging terrain. I would definitely recommend renting from Utsab to anyone planning a motorcycle trip in Nepal. Great bikes, good service, and excellent communication throughout.”
